MANAGER/COOK
We a recruiting a self-motivated Manager/Cook for our bustling
Drover’s Rest Café at Dingwall Auction Mart.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen, servery and outside catering operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities will include -
• the preparation of food to a high standard
• supervising our Café team and preparing rotas
• ensuring compliance with all food safety and health guidelines
• overseeing ordering and stock control
Ideally you will –
✓ have catering experience and experience of managing a team
✓ hold a Food Hygiene certificate
✓ have good organisational and communication skills
The usual café opening hours are 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The Board of Directors of Dingwall Auction Mart Limited have instructed a review of the Articles of Association of the Company.
Your Board feel that it is prudent to delay our Annual General Meeting (usually held in June) to allow the updated Articles to be presented at the meeting rather than holding the Annual General Meeting followed shortly thereafter by an Extraordinary General Meeting. The notice of the Meeting along with the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be issued in due course.
